If you are a Honda Civic fan, then must know about the Type R model which was released back in 2017 and didn’t make a lot of noise in the market.

The design wasn’t up to the mark, felt like it’s been designed on a mobile phone looking at that time lot of technologies was used by other automakers to create sports cars.

But now after long 5 years, Honda has decided to fully redesign Civic Type R model and give it a modern look as per the demand in the market.

The new Type R has everything that I wouldn’t even think of putting any other car in my garage at this particular time.

Because from design to speed everything feels top-notch and Honda touched every perspective of the consumer through this redesigned model.

Honda Civic Type R has some great features and elements in terms of design that made me review this beautiful looking sporty design car.

Honda Civic Type R – Fully Redesigned Sports Car

In Civic Type R newest model in the vehicle world, Honda went with the “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” approach because of the performance and sporty speed.

Its 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 picks up a new turbocharger and a revised intake, bumping output ever so slightly to 315 hp and 310 pound-feet of torque.

If you look under the hood the engine is covered with red and black to give it sportier look even inside the hood as well.

Honda skipped the coupe version and introduced the whole hatchback that looks incredible with the overall exterior design.

Another important thing, it’s not all-wheel drive instead Honda went with front-wheel drive and it’s something that everyone must know.

What’s an interesting thing about Honda Civic Type R? So, Type R is considered to be more attractive compared to the older version which was not modern at all.

The new Type R is more restrained, more rational, and reasonable, which is surely hands down considered a nice-looking car.

Coming to the front, on the hood you get the presumable heat extraction for the engine. You also get the giant lower front grill with a honeycomb design and it’s something that the previous model doesn’t have.

The back design doesn’t look promising, because there’s nothing unique and eye-catching. You get to see a huge wing and it’s still there just the previous one.

When it comes to price tag, Honda Civic Type R costs you way more than Toyota Corolla GR Circuit. Type R comes with a price tag of $43,990 and the Corolla GR circuit costs you around $35,000.

Honda Civic Type R – Fully Redesigned Interior

One of the most interesting parts of the Civic Type R’s interior is its new digital gauge cluster. In most modes, it’s not much different from what you get on other higher-end Civic trims, but in Plus R mode, everything is rearranged for maximum attack.

Apart from the digital gauge, there’s nothing more to talk about the interior because the overall material quality isn’t amazing and felt like a compact redesigned interior.

Although the seats on the front and back both have nice looking material leather used. As it’s sporty so the front got bucket seats and the back goes with normal but with a little sporty touch.

Honda Civic Type R is no doubt fully redesigned but still lacks on various levels to meet other brands and compete on sporty measures.
